This is our Concession and community contributor price, it covers the cost of running this event.

Standard Price: £295​
This price covers the cost of running this event and a small contribution towards concessions and our crew.
Full Price: £350​
This price helps us provide concessions to those less fortunate. It allows Spirit Horse to dream deeper and plan a future and reward our crew for their heroism.

About This Retreat
At this time when the earth is broken and the culture gone astray; we call the people together for a Tribal Prayer Making in honour of the source of all Life, The Rains, The Seas, The Oceans, Every Spring, Brook, Stream, River, Lake, Pond, Estuary, morning Mist and Dew.
Bring a small pot of your water from your spring or well or source, we will bring them together in a sacred manner.
This gathering will call together those who wish to honour, praise, celebrate and delight in the wild life giving waters of the world.

Evenings long and slow, fall down, drift into arms of night and the Dreamtime under the smokey rafters of the roundhouse.
Join us for this deep collaborative work beyond debate or disagreement, beyond right or wrong, In a green field, between two mountains, at the home by the hearth, beside the waters.

Your Ticket is All Inclusive
Three delicious meals a day and unlimited teas/coffees. No booking fee, no parking charge, no camping charge. An Independent community gathering of free people where no commerce is exchanged.

What To Expect?
We have invited speakers, scientists, environmentalists, storytellers, well keepers, diviners, dancers, water maidens, shamans and you to join us.
Musicians; Each evening, devotional, healing, praising, sacred music by the roundhouse fire.
Storytellers; Stories from the original world when we spoke to the elements and plants and animals and waters.
The people;We invite you to live with us in our Village under the Waterfall for three days and three nights.

Daily meditation, yoga, tai chi, sauna, healthy meals, teas, healing modalities and a seat by our fires all included.
Ritual of the Chalice - where water blessed will be offered to heal on Saturday
Then a Tribal Water Ritual on Sunday afternoon.
The Dance of Water created by the women of the valley, The Dance of Fire by the men.
Food
Our happy kitchen will be serving delicious, wholesome meals throughout the weekend. We cater for vegans & gluten-free.

The meal ticket is included in the price and there will be generous portions of food to enjoy, but feel free to bring your favourite snacks you just can't be without!

Practicalities
Arrival Time: Thursday 3 pm - 7:30 pm AND Friday 3 pm - 7:30 pm. Opening circle will be at 11 am Friday morning.

Please make sure to arrive on site at the arrival time. We will ferry you and all your gear in our four wheel drive vehicles down the steep mountain road to the village (if you don't fancy the spectacular mountain footpath). This takes only a few minutes to drive but you will have to load everything into our vehicles with our help. Welcome to the Bhutan of Wales. You can have the full Himalayan adventure without ever leaving Britain.

Please bring all your necessary bedding for you to be warm and comfortable. It can get very cold here at night, even in the summer. Alternatively, we do now offer and optional extra when booking your ticket. For an additional £45, we will provide a duvet, sheets and pillows for your stay.
Spirit Horse Mountain Retreat is set amidst 200 acres of wildest Wales. Our charity; Forest of dreams, was set up in 2002, purchasing the land in 2012, so that this valley could remain protected for ever, slowly returning to its original pristine natural state.

Bookings and Cancellations Policy
It is really helpful for us when running courses and events if you book in advance.
If we have to cancel an event, we will provide you a full refund without question.
If you need to cancel your booking, you can carry the value of your booking over to another event (subject to availability) or pay £100 admin fee, unless exceptional circumstances.
