About this retreat
This silent retreat will take place in the afterglow of the Enlightenment Intensive, creating a peaceful atmosphere of gentle openness amongst the stunning surroundings of our wild valley retreat.

This is a relaxed and self-regulated time. No chit-chat is the only rule. Arise, rest, meditate, walk, participate as you choose. A time with no social engagements other than to pursue silence and truth.
Some yoga instruction will be available which can greatly help after spending time in sitting meditation. As well as Breathwork, Sauna and cold plunges, all optional.
There will be a relaxed daily schedule for those that wish to follow it. The Dakini Temple will remain a place of silence and meditation throughout and all are welcome to follow their own private practice if they so wish.
For those who would welcome instruction, Shivam will give basic pointers and meditations. In addition there will be occasional readings from the great masters, possibly even some videos. Some formal dyads will be held, which enquire into and share the taste of reality.

Time will be given to wall in nature, in our woods or by the river, a complete digital detox awaits.
Regular meals will be provided and teas/coffee will be available throughout.
