Temples, wildlife, music, meditation and an Enlightenment Intensive at the holy mountain of Arunachala.

A three week pilgrimage to the reality of Self in the dust of South India
All inclusive £1,100 plus flight to Madras/Chennai.
We'll meet you at the airport, travel to Arunachala, the holy mountain and ancient temple complex, steeped in centuries of contemplation, home to the great 20th century sage Ramana Maharishi.
His advice was simple: ask "Who am I?"
There will be the opportunity to delve into this question using the profound E I technique in this most auspicious and holy place after allowing a few days to arrive.
From this unshakable foundation we will head out into the vast psychic space and florid jungle of possibilities that is India.
We'll visit the sanctuaries of wild deer, elephants, birds and tigers and take in the wide sweep of Indian culture and history - and create times for stillness.
Each evening Shivam, who has travelled India since 1976, will read a section of the Ramayana - the soul of India in story. Each morning a little meditation.
There will be plenty of free wandering time.
£1,100 includes all transport (except flights), hotels, food, the Enlightenment Intensive and the integration time afterwards.
If you are already in India, and just want to attend the EI then that is also possible. The cost for the EI is £150. The EI will take place from 4-7 Feb.
Children will have their own scene during retreat times.
