HOW TO BOOK
|
|
|
Booking is essential for all our events! The number of people who can attend is controlled, so everyone must book in advance. Due to this, we only send out directions on confirmation of booking. Also, please help us by booking early!
To book on the Ireland events, please email eirebooking@spirithorse.co.uk
For all other events, please click here for
a booking form and send with a
cheque for the deposit of £50 per
adult/£20 per child per event or full
payment, as explained on the form.
- During the summer months, we are often
unavailable - so please book at least two
weeks in advance.
- Child rate applies upto 14 years of age. Family rates can be negotiated for Cauldron of Plenty for large families - please call Erika.
- Late booking is precarious but sometimes possible - please call!
- If you can't print the form, just include details of your name, address, phone number, names of all people on the booking inc ages for children/teenagers, and the events you wish to book with your cheque.
- It is important that you provide your
address and telephone number so we can
send you the directions and information through the post, and easily contact you.
- If paying by cheque isn't possible
then please call Erika.
- Deposits are non-refundable but can
be carried over to another event.
- Please pay the outstanding balance
either in Cash or by Cheque upon arrival at the event.
- Pre-payment of the full price when
booking is appreciated.
- By booking a month in advance you
will receive a 10% discount (except One Year Course.)
- Confirmation will be sent out
promptly on receipt of your booking.
- Meals and accommodation are included
in the price except "The Cauldron
of Plenty", where our fairly priced
kitchen provides regular meals including
vegetarian meals. Please bring your own
tent to "The Cauldron of Plenty".
- A meal ticket for "The Cauldron of Plenty" can be purchased upon arrival at the event.
