HOW TO BOOK

To book, please click here for a booking form and send with a deposit of £40 per adult/£20 per child per event or full payment, as explained on the form. Confirmation will be sent out promptly on receipt of your booking.
Pre-payment of the full price when booking is appreciated.
Please note, the deposit is non refundable, but can be carried over to another event.
Meals and accommodation are provided for all events except the August Tribal Gatherings, where a fairly priced club kitchen provides regular meals including vegetarian meals.
Please let us know in advance if you have any food allergies.
A meal ticket can be purchased at the August Gathering, costing £40 per Adult for the entire event, which includes 3 hearty meals a day. Please contact Erika for cost of a child meal ticket.

From the end of May, we are often unavailable by telephone - so please book at least two weeks in advance of an event.
