HOW TO BOOK
|
- Booking is essential for all our events. Please do help us, by booking as early as possible!
- To book for Men's Lodge follow instructions for the event. For all other events phone Erika on +44 (0) 7882 522878 or send the booking form\write to Erika. Send a cheque for £50 deposit per Adult made payable to Spirit Hose Community except for Women's Lodge which should be to Erika Indra. Please pay remainder in cash on arrival.
- For Cauldron of Plenty, children of all ages are welcome. The child rate applies from ages 4 to 14 years of age. Family rates can be negotiated for large families - please call Erika.
- Directions will be sent either by email/post on receipt of your booking.
- By booking a month in advance you will receive a 10% discount (only for certain events.)
- Late booking is precarious but sometimes possible - please phone Erika.
- Please contact Erika first before booking on the Children's Camp
- Deposits are non-refundable but can be carried over to another event.
- Meals and accommodation are included
in the price except "The Cauldron
of Plenty", where our fairly priced
kitchen provides regular meals including
vegetarian meals. Please bring your own
tent to "The Cauldron of Plenty". A meal ticket for "The Cauldron of Plenty" can be purchased upon arrival at the event.
